TRAININGPEAKS
The actual difference
Both platforms show CTL, ATL, and TSB. That part is the same.
In TrainingPeaks, you or your coach look at the numbers and decide what to change. TSB is negative and you have a hard session tomorrow? Someone needs to open the app and move things around. Most self-coached athletes don't do this consistently.
In PulseLab, Coach Zo reads your PULSE Score every morning (HRV, sleep quality, soreness, training load) and adjusts tomorrow's session before you wake up. You open the app and see what you're doing today.
