This Privacy Policy explains how PulseLab ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our services, including the PulseLab app and website at pulselab.fit.
Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, account details), data from connected integrations (Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health, Garmin, and others you authorise), and usage data to improve the service.
Health and biometric data (including HRV, sleep, heart rate, and training load) is used only to power your PULSE Score and Coach Zo recommendations. It is never sold to third parties.
Journal entries are AES-256 encrypted at rest and never shared with coaches or the social layer without your explicit consent.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve PulseLab, generate PULSE Scores, power Coach Zo recommendations, and send you communications you have opted into (such as the waitlist and launch notifications).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@pulselab.fit. We comply with GDPR and CCPA.
