Coaches get a full CTL/ATL/TSB (Chronic Training Load, Acute Training Load, Training Stress Balance) chart per athlete on the coach portal. Athletes get a redesigned Training Load screen with plain-language metric labels so every number is self-explanatory.
The Performance Management Chart (PMC) is the gold standard for training load analysis in endurance sport. CTL represents long-term fitness. ATL represents short-term fatigue. TSB is the difference: your form going into a key session or race. Coaches using TrainingPeaks have had this for years. PulseLab now surfaces it in the coach dashboard with per-athlete drill-down.
For athletes, we replaced the previous Training Load screen with cleaner labels. Instead of "ATL 78", you now see "Short-term fatigue: 78, higher than usual, consider easier sessions." The numbers are the same. The context is new.
