PULSE Score now factors in menstrual cycle phase. Coach Zo automatically reduces intensity during the luteal phase and menstruation, with no manual adjustments needed.

Research shows female athletes experience measurably higher perceived effort and reduced recovery capacity during the luteal phase. PulseLab's cycle-aware model reads this data from Flo or Clue, weights it into the PULSE Score calculation, and tells Coach Zo to ease back load before fatigue accumulates.

We also shipped timed fuelling alerts that fire during GPS sessions over 45 minutes. The alert timing is based on your actual planned session duration, not a fixed interval, and reminds you to take on carbohydrates and fluid at the right moments during long runs and rides.
